1. Return and Exchange Time frame
Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.
Any issues with defective or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return or exchange.

If the desired replacement is unavailable, store credit or a full refund may be issued.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customer-Paid Returns: For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), customers are responsible for shipping costs.
Free Returns: We cover return shipping costs for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
